Von Christopher Holbrook “Chris” is a Project Management Professional PMP with over 13 years experience managing large projects and programs. Chris has managed a bevy of projects from IT infrastructure rollouts, facilities and datacenter builds, application development to enterprise software rollout projects ranging in size from $1 to $100 million dollars. He has managed projects for HP, AMEX, Minolta, Siebel Systems, CNET, Unisys, SAP and Visa to name a few.

Chris’s education includes a double bachelor’s degree in English and Economics, a certificate in project management from the University of California, Irvine, an advanced certificate in project management (SCPM) from Stanford University and several technical certifications including a CCNA, CCDA and MCSE. Chris is currently pursuing his MBA from both Haas School of Business at Berkeley and Columbia Business School in New York.

Zubin D. Irani, PMP, ITIL
Managing Partner

Zubin Irani has over 10 years experience managing complex IT implementations. Zubin has managed a wide variety of application deployments with tight back-end integration, on projects ranging from 5 to 400 team members and budgets ranging in size from $100K to $120 million. He has managed projects for Deloitte Consulting, AT&T Wireless, VISA, HP, DirecTV, Agilent Technologies, Walt Disney (Stores and Theme parks), Pacific Life, and JP Morgan Chase.

Zubin’s technical experience covers J2EE, .NET, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Retek, SeeBeyond, Vitra, Weblogic, Comergent, ATG Commerce, Interwoven, CA User Provisioning/ServiceDesk, Compuware VantageAnalzyer, and Mercury Monitoring Suite. He has a tremendous amount of experience working on projects that cover a variety of business functions across the various business lines, Order Management, e-Commerce, Supply-Chain, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Service.

Chris R. Marr, PMP, PgMP, ITIL

Chris Marr is a leader with over 9 years experience managing large projects and programs to support convergence; process engineering; outsourcing and business continuity to a multitude of vertical markets including Technology, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare and many more. Chris has also successfully led a $150M PMO in Europe.

Chris’ technical experience covers VoIP, IP Telephony, call & contact centers, LAN/WAN technologies and facilities. Chris was educated in Electronic Engineering in Southampton, Enlgand and was certified PMP in 2003.

Michael McAlpin
Managing Partner

Michael McAlpin has over 10 years experience managing complex systems, architectures, and vendors. Michael has managed data center builds, call center moves, and application deployments. Michael’s projects have ranged in size from $50K to $200 million and have been executed for a number of Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Verizon Advanced Data, HP, T-Mobile, DirecTV, Amdocs, Masco, News Corp, Convergys, Walt Disney International, Washington Mutual, and Oracle.

Michael’s has managed and directed application support teams, development teams, systems administrators, reporting teams, Project Management teams, change control committees, reporting teams, and support teams. Michael has a particular strength in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and expectations. Michael has implemented ITIL in multiple organizations to bring metrics and process to operational management teams as it relates to vendor management, change control, contract management, issues management and problem management. Michael is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Management Information Systems.
