How has cPrime helped me grow in my career and personal life?
Nicholas P. Project Leader There are many project managers in the workforce who always work in the same field, are exposed to the same projects, and with the same group of people, so that they never really understand how other companies manage projects. Consequently, they never bring new skills or abilities to their projects. People do this for several reasons: comfort, security, peace of mind. As a consultant at cPrime, I have seen how different companies implement project management, both large and small. I have had the opportunity to manage multi-million dollar projects. cPrime has exposed me to interesting and varied situations and because of that I have become a more effective leader. The experience with different cultures and environments allows me to grow in my career in ways I could not do with any other company.
