We get this question a lot and a simple way to answer this is “whatever methodology is either currently being used at the client site or whatever methodology works the best for the client”.
Obviously there are many project management methodologies from the PMI, RUP, SDLC/Waterfall, RAD (Rapid Application Development), ITIL from the UK, JAD (Joint Application Development), and the list goes on and on.
What matters most is that the methodology is globally understood by members of the project team and they can employ it. It’s equally important if the methodology fits with the project team and company culture. |
