First, this is a link to the Salesforce.com Agile revolution. It documents the path they took to what I would call pervasive Agile/Scrum.

Second is a link to a book on Customer Development and how that parallels the Agile Product Development methodology. This is a book written by Steve Blank the founder of E.piphany Software. Here are some links on Agile EVM. Rather than "earning" value by writing documents and making plans, a Scrum project can actually prove the value earned by demonstrating and shipping software.
