I get the first post ever!!

So can you tell me what the difference is between a "Scrum Team" and a "Team", in Scrum? I keep seeing both terms, and first I thought they meant the same thing, but I'm not sure. Are they teh same?

They are not the same, and you are right, the terms are confusing. Here are the definitions:

"Team" means the set of people who collaborate closely to develop and test the product.

"Scrum Team" includes the Team, and adds the ScrumMaster and Product Owner.

Unfortunate terminology, perhaps, but that's the way it is.
