What project methodologies do cPrime consultants utilize?

We get this question a lot and the simplest way to answer is “the methodology currently being used at the client site or the methodology that works best for the client”. Obviously, there are many project management methodologies from PMI, RUP, SDLC/Waterfall, RAD (Rapid Application Development) and ITIL to the UK, JAD (Joint Application Development).
