- Project Management Experience Experts in most all project methodologies (PMI, Waterfall/SDLC, RUP, CMMI, etc). Domestic and International project experience. Full life-cycle project management (concept to close).
- Project Management Education Most of our consultants are Certified by either the PMI or other recognized organization such as Stanford University (Advanced Project Management Program).
- Technical Background Virtually ALL of our consultants also have extensive experience in various technical fields from networking, client server,
application development to building data centers. Many have come up through the ranks of IT engineers.
