Project Managers

Requirements:
- PMP® or CSM training or equivalent.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator.
- Good understanding of technology (hardware/software) and how it all fits together.
- Excellent Leader -- with the ability to Communicate and Facilitate in both business and technical environments.
- Significant experience in Information Technology or technical project management. This might include a related degree, years in service in a similar position, or a proven track record within a related job function.
- The ability to rub one's stomach AND simultaneously pat one's head while being surrounded by a flock of migrating geese.
- Significant experience with computer technologies with the ability to coach a highly technical team.
- A strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies are essential as the candidate will manage the interface to the business process owners and provide leadership on complex projects, programs and portfolios.
- The ability to manage multiple changing priorities and change pace and direction on a dime.
- Education: Requires a BA or BS in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.) or equivalent functional expertise.

Program Managers
We are actively seeking IT Professionals to join our team assisting our clients with various project management, program management, and portfolio management needs.
Requirements:
- Manages larger Information Technology projects, which include applications, infrastructure, systems, storage, networks, and security technologies from the design phase through development, testing, readiness, and stabilization phases. May have matrix reporting responsibilities.
- Business Applications and Application Development oversight
- Participates in functional and technical Operational Decision Team meetings and is responsible for project estimation, planning, technical designs, and the project delivery schedule.
- Must fully understand how to use and ensure data is accurately maintained in IT Project Management Tools (Portfolio Management, Project Management, Budget Management) and be fully proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, XLS).
- Must understand how to negotiate resource constraints, and critical path contention issues across multiple projects.
- Develops and maintains project and resource plans, maintains quality and focus, monitors and controls project expenditures against approved budget and successfully manages end to end solution delivery process for one or more larger scale IT projects or oversees multiple small to large sized projects with minimal direction.
- Day to day resource management of project team ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time, on budget, and within specification and or agreed upon project scope.
- Organizes and delivers project related communications as determined during project governance formation. Responsible for ensuring all project stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of project progress and decisions.
- Has the ability to influence decision makers to steer technical decisions and designs on the project. Communicates delivery status, issue management and resolution.

Portfolio Managers
We are actively seeking IT Professionals to join our team assisting our clients with various project management, program management, and portfolio management needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
- 5 years of additional portfolio and technical project management expertise.
- 2-4 years experience managing teams of technical project managers.
- Strong working knowledge of key IT areas and user environments
- Strong knowledge of resource management concepts and application of those in multiple IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio and project management in practice
- Strong understanding of analytics within the context of portfolio, project and resource management.
- Agile or PMI certification or equivalent.
- Must be able to design portfolio management approaches and execute against project plans
- Must have good people and leadership skills
- Must have actively managed complex technology projects from inception to completion.
- Working knowledge of IT functional disciplines, skills and competencies
- Previous senior level project and portfolio management experience in an IT organization.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management analytics, monitoring and tracking
- Successful experience in managing projects and programs

Business Analysts
We are actively seeking IT Professionals to join our team assisting our clients with various project management, program management, and portfolio management needs.
Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years combined experience in product development and building and specifying Web-based business applications, preferably 2-3 years in financial services.
- Demonstrated capabilities in technical oriented business analysis techniques and user acceptance testing processes/methodologies in large, complex, diversified, global organizations.
- Recent involvement in the day-to-day tasks of the user acceptance testing process.
- Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.
- Understanding of business and technical solutions surrounding the internationalization of Web-based applications.
- Proficiency with linear software development life cycles and software development methodologies.
- Aptitude for understanding, digesting and analyzing complex systems integration.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
- Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
