Prerequisites

This bridge course requires that students provide a proof of ITIL® v1/v2 certification two weeks before the course date. Students should also come ready to participate in lively discussions about process improvements, benefits and challenges.

Certification

Successfully passing (65%) the 30 minute exam, consisting of 20 multiple choice questions.

The certification exam will take place over the web. Students will also be able to choose the time, place, and proctor of the exam.
