Six Sigma White Belt Certification
Minimize waste, maximize customer satisfaction.

The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) White Belt course provides a brief overview of the LSS approach, tools and techniques for a breakthrough improvement in business processes.

The purpose of this course is to create enablers (at a visual level) out of the students to comprehend the LSS approach and methodology, identify opportunities for improvement within their work area, and support projects utilizing the LSS tools and techniques at an operational level.

White Belts may view a problem in a given work environment and be empowered to propose project data for YB to create a charter and execute to solution and actions. When the project is all said and done the employee and/or team should be brought in and awarded or recognized to retain productive employees.

This course is ideal for any employee of an organization who desires to or is required to know about Six Sigma and its DMAIC methodology without spending the time, effort and expense necessary for Green and Black Belt certification.

Prerequisites

No prerequisites are required.

Certification

Certification for White Belt requires only completion of the 4 hour training session and passage of the final White Belt exam.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who fail to cancel at least 10 business days prior to the class start date are subject to payment of the full registration fee. Registrants who cancel or roll into another class more than 10 days before the class start date are not subject to any fee. If registrants request to roll into another class within 10 days of the course start date, they are subject to a $150 course change fee.
