Frequently Asked Questions About Our Training Courses












Thanks for choosing go Agile with Cprime. We have certified over 20,000 students and are the leading provider of agile training in the united states. To make sure that you have the best experience, we wanted to provide answers to some questions that may come up along the way.



What to expect prior to course:



Available Discounts


There are many discounts available when purchasing a course. In order to know which discounts you are eligible for, you will have to contact Cprime at [email protected] Once you have a coupon, you can click on the course location and date of the class you would like to attend. This will bring you to a registration page. On the left hand side, you will find additional details about the course location and instructor. On the right, you will see the registration form. The very last field of this form reads “promotional code.” This is where you can enter your coupon.

Confirmation


After you purchase a course, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details on your class. This is how you know that you have successfully registered for the class. You will also receive a payment confirmation after the payment has been submitted. You can double check that both of these transactions were successful by logging into your “My Account” section on our site, and making sure that the class status says “complete.” for more details, contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel the class you have signed up for, there is a ten day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 10 days of your class you will be charged with a $150 cancellation fee.

Switching Classes


If you desire to switch classes, you can easily do so if you are 10 or more days before the class. To do so, you would log-in to your “My Account” on the website, click on the course you would like to change, and hit “change registration.” from there you can choose the new course from the list, click the check box in the upper right hand corner, and hit submit. However, if the 10 day deadline has passed then you can contact [email protected]

Receipt for Registration ID


If you desire a receipt for the class, and invoice can be downloaded by logging in to your “My Account,” section. You will also receive an email with a download invoice link.





What to expect during:



In terms of attending the class, all classes are from 9am to 5pm, with a provided lunch. If you are attending the CSM class your course will cover general knowledge, scrum roles, scrum meetings, scrum artifacts, and integration. 2 days prior to your course, you will reveive a reminder via email which confirms the logistics of your course.

What to expect after:



Certificates/PDUs


Once you have completed any Cprime training course, instructor led or online, you are eligible for one or more PDUs. Upon completing your course, you will receive information about this, either as a physical handout, or a downloadable document that contains directions to claim with the PMI.

Other:

If you desire private in-house trainings, and you have 5 or more students, you can can contact us by clicking “request private training” in the sidebar of every course landing page. There will be a form that we will need for you to fill out in order to connect with you and schedule your session.
