As a Recruiter, your goal is to organically build a network of the most talented individuals in the Minneapolis/ Saint Paul technology community. Additionally, you will make it a goal to continually network with coaches and product engineers, both current and former, to build DevJam into the employer of choice for high caliber technologists and coaches. The ideal Recruiter will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience. If you are a humble hard-worker with a "if I don't know it, I'll figure it out attitude" please apply! Your responsibilities will include:• Evaluate applicants on both a technical and culture fit perspective. Working to understand if each person holds the same values and beliefs of DevJam – To deliver their best for each client.
• Prepare each candidate for client interviews by delivering them information regarding the role, company, team, management, etc. that cannot be found simply by reading the job description and researching the organization prior to their interview.
• Attract future DevJammers and coaches through multiple sources including current DevJammer referrals, networking with past DevJammers, Events as well as through non- traditional means such as free technology “brown bag” sessions where new, highly desirable technology information will be shared with current DevJammers, past DevJammers and others from their networks.
