Patt Miller

Patt Miller has almost 30 year's experience working in large organizations as they adopted iterative and incremental development practices in companies such as Saab, Caldor and Travelers. Patt brings a pragmatic approach to the adoption and education of new practices, with the past 6 past years spent directly coaching Agile teams and their management chain on how to drive the change necessary to become successful at the leadership, program and team levels. Patt helps all levels of the enterprise in recognizing the uniqueness of each environment and what tradeoffs need to be made to achieve their success.
