Dojo Design Sprint
Teams select a product idea to explore. From there, they perform initial discovery before heading out to validate their idea with customer interviews, prototype learning, and other lightweight, validation tools. Dojo design sprints focus on creating rapid learning cycles so teams can quickly iterate on ideas before investing significant amounts of money in R&D.
- Alignment on customer needs, goals, and objectives
- A map of the user experience and desired, test scenarios
- One or more prototypes that can be validated with users/customers
- Complete two to three iteration/validation cycles; apply learnings to make adjustments from cycle to cycle
