Product Alignment Workshop

The Product Alignment workshop is a one-day facilitated session that helps organizations align structurally to a product-based model. First, we’ll take a customer-centered approach to identifying and grouping products into segments of ownership. This might include activities like exploring buyer and user personas, client needs, and feature/value definition. Next, we’ll identifying and mapping your value streams. From there, products are mapped to the value stream and investment allocations can be made based on strategic priorities.

You’ll leave with an understanding of your product portfolio, alignment of that portfolio to value streams, and a better understanding of the connected user journeys that are an ideal experience for the consumers of this portfolio of products.
