Should Client cancel more than ten (10) business days prior to the Course Start Date, Client will be responsible for reimbursing for any non-refundable airfare and travel expenses (pre-paid hotels fees, etc.) for the Instructor, if any. Should Client cancel within ten (10) but more than five (5) business days’ notice from the Course Start Date, Client will pay 50% of the Course Total in addition to any non-refundable T&E expenses for the Instructor as described above. Should Client cancel within five (5) business days from the Course start Date, client is responsible for 100% of the Course Total, in addition to any non-refundable T&E expenses for the Instructor as described above.
