Audience / prerequisites

The AI Value Architect isn't a new job title, it's a dedicated role Scaled Agile has officially defined on the Agile Release Train (ART): business-literate without being the business owner, AI-fluent without being the AI developer, and facilitative without being only a facilitator. You're the person who ends the disconnect between technical teams and business executives, and who moves initiatives beyond the proof-of-concept graveyard into scaled, sustained value.

This course is built for people already working on an ART, the role doesn't require a new hire. In most organizations, the people best positioned to become Value Architects are already there, adding this capability to the job they hold today.
