Ty Chang

Ty Chang is a senior information technology professional with over 18 years of experience in systems analysis and design, development, testing, and implementation of major billing and customer information systems. He possesses superior analytical abilities in addition to excellent communication skills with a proven track record as a leader of project teams. He has developed a training curriculum for software quality engineers (SQE) in order to enhance their knowledge in standard methodologies for testing and quality assurance.  As an instructor, Ty has trained users on best practices for the use of Quality Center and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) methodologies. Ty has also created numerous documents to standardize testing methodology. (AXA Equitable)
