Interim Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Open-Enrollment Classes

Due to the current public health efforts impacting so many of our lives, Cprime Learning is waiving normal change fees associated with rescheduling your training date or changing your registration from an in-person classroom to a virtual online session. Most certification and accreditation partners including ICAgile, ScrumAlliance etc. are allowing remote classes to award certifications. Therefore we have updated our schedule with additional virtual deliveries. All change fees and reschedule fees will be waived. However, students cancelling or requesting a schedule change within three business days of the start date of the class, the tuition will still be due for that class and no refund will be permitted.

If you have an internet connection, you can still attend class and learn new skills while avoiding travel and public gatherings. Our virtual training environment is very well developed – we’ve been delivering live, online classes for ten years and we’ve gotten very good at replicating a live classroom.

  • All training must be rebooked for a new class date starting no later than: Dec 31, 2020
  • You may use the credit for a different course modality, including self-paced learning if available
  • Anyone within your company may use the credit
  • We have added many additional live, online training dates and courses to our schedule. If you are not satisfied with the online experience we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and you may join a new session at a later time.

Cprime Learning provides an unsurpassed training experience. If you have never attended a virtual classroom session, we understand that often there are concerns about engagement, interactivity, etc. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, simply notify the instructor or registrar of your intent to withdraw from the program prior to the first morning break, turn in your course materials and receive a 100% refund. If at the end of the program day, you are unsatisfied with the program, we will credit your tuition towards a future program of your choice.

  • If you use the training credit on a higher-priced program, you pay only the difference.
  • Please note, courses delivered by third parties are excluded from this interim policy.

Payment Policy:

Payment is required at time of registration. Approved forms of payment include a company purchase order, prepaid TAP account or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cprime Learning is a business-to-business training provider and delivers learning services only to individuals who are sponsored by an employer. Enrollment in a course confirms that the training is funded by an employer.

All courses are available as onsite training at your location. On-site options can be very cost effective. Learn more about onsite training.

Self-Paced Training:

Unless otherwise stated, access to any self-paced eLearning offering will be available for 90 days.

Course Hours:

Course hours vary based on the individual session. Please review your confirmation email or contact your representative regarding the specific start and end time for your course.

Receipt of Course Materials:

In an effort to reduce paper waste, course materials for most live-online sessions will be digital. You will receive information on how to obtain your course materials in your confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder(s). Alternatively, please contact us via phone to resolve any concerns you may have.


Substitution & Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations*, substitutions, or rescheduling requests for training registrations may be adjusted up to 16 calendar days prior to the start date of the originally purchased course without penalty. For any cancellations, substitutions or rescheduling requests made within 16 calendar days to the start date of the original course, a $200 transfer fee shall be charged to transfer to a later scheduled course date. Furthermore, students are responsible for full payment of course(s) and are not eligible for refund. Any paid tuition shall be credited towards a future class(s) and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase or result in loss of credit.

*Partner-delivered courses may be subject to different cancellation terms.
In some cases, Cprime may be required to cancel a course due to low enrollment. It is Cprime’s primary goal to provide a positive experience to help students fulfill their pursuit of continued education. Cprime will notify students immediately in the event of course changes or cancellations. If there is an alternate session of the same course, Cprime shall reschedule students for the alternate session. In the event students are unable to attend the alternate dates or would prefer to look at alternate options, please contact Cprime Support at [email protected] or 1(877)800-5221 to discuss your options.


Your Privacy

GDPR Readiness and Compliance

At Cprime Learning, we value our users’ right to data privacy and have demonstrated that by meeting strong data processing standards. We recognize that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will help us move towards the highest standards or operations in protecting customer data.
