After a successful tenure, he left to build Cprime and as CEO led the Company to 5 consecutive years of Top 50 fastest growing companies in the SF Bay Area.

Management and Executive Coach & Trainer with over 25+ years’ experience in agile/iterative development. Ken helps large-scale organizations adopt iterative and incremental development practices such as Agile & SAFe. He fosters constructive culture change and leadership enablement and is focused on evolving Portfolio and Program Management & Governance processes. Much of his career has been spent directly coaching Agile teams and their management chain on how to drive the change necessary to become successful at the enterprise level. As the Vice President of the Scaled Agile Practice at Cprime (formerly CEO of Blue Agility), Ken helps develop and implement corporate strategy, provides executive level coaching for our clients, and works with and across all Cprime departments to ensure overall Client Success. Ken was the first minted SAFe SPCT within the partner community and has achieved Fellow status based on his long-term contribution to the framework and the community.

Darren Wilmshurst is the UK director of Cprime, a leading global Agile, product, and technology solutions provider, delivering transformations. Having spent almost 30 years in the corporate world, first in retail banking and then later in the IT industry, he moved to consulting to help organizations in both the private and public sectors to be more effective and efficient. He is a SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) and is also recognized as a SAFe® Fellow. He co-authored the BCS book Agile Foundations – Principles Practices and Frameworks, was a contributor and reviewer of The ART of Avoiding a Train Wreck, and was a reviewer of Valuing Agile: The Financial Management of Agile Project and Directing Agile Change.

A product visionary and excellent storyteller who knows how to position an organization for success now and in the future. Monte is focused on driving the best-in-class CX/UX with a customer-centric approach to new product development, enhancing user engagement, customer retention, and sales enablement. His goals are to identify and eliminate customer pain points, streamline processes, and support change adoption with a dynamic, creative, and dedicated leadership style. Monte acts as the voice of the customer to influence and evolve product innovation while synthesizing complex customer data into value-driven solutions.

Chris is Cprime’s Chief Architect with 20 years of experience in advancing technology change for various sectors. His expertise spans IT strategy, value quantification, optimizing tech delivery, end-to-end solution management, and infrastructure migration. He’s passionate about coaching businesses to leverage technology and mentoring technical personnel. Prior to Cprime, Chris was associated with notable firms like Accenture, Google, and the Boston Consulting Group, serving diverse industries globally. His notable achievements include innovating for a global FMCG, rescuing an agile program for an investment bank, identifying AI/ML applications for a global bank, and assisting a UK energy retailer in holistic tech solution design and deployment.

Penny has a wide breadth of delivery experience which has provided her with the opportunity to develop a variety of skills and expertise in delivery of transformational change and driving operational excellence. An experienced programme director, Penny has successfully delivered transformational business change in a range of environments; varying from re-platforming or outsourcing, to TOM design in a post-pandemic hybrid model. She has experience of the full software development lifecycle from concept, through development & implementation

Sneha Crews is a Solutions Engineer at Cprime. She has a proven track record of delivering fast, innovative, and exceptional service and support to Fortune 500 clients. Leveraging 10+ years of knowledge in software development (focus in software quality assurance and testing), along with an astute technical aptitude and a love for figuring things out, she has a knack for solving complex technical issues and thinking outside the box. Sneha has been delivering successful outcomes to clients over 10+ years of consulting experience demonstrating top notch customer service, and increasing business efficiency, with a focus in value stream management. Robust experience in: Integrations, Technical Sales, Process Improvement, etc., and holds several Atlassian certifications.
