Sometimes process-oriented DevOps movements can seem heavy handed, and are slow to adopt behavioral change.
3. Low Process and High Software Tooling: Software Engineering-led initiatives that do not have full management buy-in find themselves full of software tools, but not the team culture changes needed to fully perform DevOps best practices.
4. High Process and High Software Tooling: The golden zone of our graph: Teams here are performing using appropriate software tooling, but need slight tweaks in both DevOps Best Practices and Software Tooling selection to stay top performing.
