This course will introduce the Scrum methodology, it will explain the 3 Roles, the 3 Artifacts, and the 5 Events of the Scrum process.

Through discussion, practical exercises, and Case Studies, this course explains the rationale for Scrum, what it is and how it works – and the benefits that it delivers
