Troy Douglas

SAFe® Scrum Master, SPC 5

Troy started by earning his Associates in Electrical Engineering at New Hampshire Institute. He was the owner of David D. Douglas Inc. where he coached his staff, which was at the forefront of New England’s first implementation of digital automation for solid surface fabrication. From there he went on to become a project manager for Aubin Woodworking where he got experience managing clients in corporate, educational, and tech industry spaces. He was also a liaison for stakeholders to assure client needs were met or exceeded. Troy went on to advance his skills as a project manager at CW Keller + Associates, where he managed projects valued up to $5 Million.

 

Upon completing his time as a project manager, Troy went on to become a SAFe® Certified Consultant and Trainer. He teaches both private and public courses for up to 25 Agile practitioners. Troy also helps companies with Agile transformations as well as SAFe® implementations.
