Kick Start CoachingGet a team/organization started with Agile. Our coaches take Agile theory and apply it to your organization’s projects, dependencies, challenges, capacity, resources. Kick start coaching can be used for sprint 0 to plan and prepare or for sprint 1 to start the first sprint.
