  We have found that to successfully adopt Scrum it is necessary to have hands-on coaching experience and apply what you have learned in your training courses. Alongside an expert Agile coach, your teams will working through real-time Scrum processes in their normal environments. Our coaches will use the team’s identified unique projects, tools, and requirements found in our assessment to increase the overall velocity and production of your team. We generally align our coaching to your sprint schedule. Our coaches assess unique needs, tools, and requirements to increase the overall velocity, production and agility of your team to determine the best coaching fit for your organization.

Coaching Types

Kick Start Coaching

Get a team/organization started with Agile. Our coaches take Agile theory and apply it to your organization’s projects, dependencies, challenges, capacity, resources. Kick start coaching can be used for sprint 0 to plan and prepare or for sprint 1 to start the first sprint.

Embedded Coaching

Coaches works along side teams to mentor and guide the Agile transformation. Embedded coaching ensures teams get started the right way, with guidance from a senior Agile expert to make sure the right Agile “muscles” are developed to minimize frustration and maximize success.

Pair Coaching

Utilizes two coaches on an engagement because, “the sum of two heads together equal more than the parts”. The collaboration of coaches provides two unique backgrounds, specialties and strengths, and ensures complete data transfer for optimum transformation efficiency.

Just in Time Coaching

Coaching for organizations that require a leaner approach. Coaches are made available for the most critical parts of the Agile transformation – typically for the key planning sessions, retrospectives, leadership discussions, and scaling. Remote coaching are also available to fill in any gaps or questions.

Technical Coaching

Coaching from expert technical coaches to work through more technical parts of the transformation – Architecture sprints, implementing CI and/or TDD/ATDD, setting up the right DevOps and Infrastructure, dealing with Technical debt, and beyond.
